Sub-processors
Last updated: July 2026
Fitzentic uses a small number of sub-processors to run the service. Each is bound by data-protection obligations equivalent to our own. We give notice before adding a new sub-processor that processes customer personal data.
| Sub-processor | Purpose | Region |
|---|---|---|
| Hosting provider (VPS) | Application hosting, database, backups | United Kingdom |
| Stripe | Card payment processing (where a firm enables it) | UK / EU / US (SCCs) |
| Companies House | UK company data lookup for onboarding & KYC | United Kingdom |
| Xero | Accounting sync (where a firm connects it) | UK / EU |
| Email provider | Transactional & notification email | UK / EU |
Firms remain the controller of their data. Some sub-processors (Stripe, Xero) are only engaged when a firm chooses to enable that integration.
