Who we are
Fitzentic provides a subscription-based operating system for UK law firms. When a law firm uses Fitzentic to manage its clients and matters, the firm is the data controller for its client data and Fitzentic acts as a data processor on the firm’s behalf.
Information we collect
- Enquiries: when you submit the demo or contact form, we collect your name, firm name, email, phone, firm size, practice area and message.
- Technical data: IP address and browser information, used for security and to prevent spam.
- Account data: if your firm becomes a customer, the details needed to provide the service.
How we use it
- To respond to your enquiry and arrange a demo.
- To provide, secure and improve the platform.
- To meet our legal and regulatory obligations.
Lawful basis
We rely on legitimate interests to respond to enquiries you send us, and on contract where we provide the service to a customer firm.
Storage & security
Data is hosted in the UK, encrypted in transit and at rest, and protected by access controls, tenant isolation and an audit trail. We keep enquiry data only as long as needed and apply retention schedules to customer data.
