This policy sets out what is and isn't allowed when using the Fitzentic website and platform. It protects all users and the integrity of the service.

You must not

• Break the law, or help anyone else to, using the service.
• Upload or transmit malware, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system, account or data.
• Probe, scan or test the vulnerability of the service without our written permission, or breach any security or authentication measures.
• Interfere with or disrupt the service, or place an unreasonable load on it (including automated scraping or denial-of-service).
• Use the service to store or share unlawful, infringing or harmful content.
• Misrepresent your identity or impersonate others.

Security research

We welcome responsible disclosure. If you believe you have found a vulnerability, please report it privately to [email protected] and give us reasonable time to fix it before disclosing. Do not access or modify data that isn't yours.

Consequences

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of this policy, and will cooperate with law enforcement where appropriate.
